A full-time inspector for thirty years, David Betts is also a building contractor and a long-time member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. He is a North Carolina native from Sanford and a graduate of UNC. David served in the U.S. Navy as a line officer in the Cold War years. As a civilian, he spent several years in the building trades and cross-trained for the home inspection business. A lifelong learner, David has completed many technical courses pertaining to his daily work. He is a husband, father, and lives near Pittsboro in Chatham County.
